What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
Ask probing questions to understand customer needs
Persuade customers to consider additional products and/or services
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 months of soft sales experience (upselling/recommending products or services)
High school diploma or GED
Open availability and a quiet, distraction-free work environment
Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast-paced multitasking
Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address for residence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in telemarketing or customer service roles
Eagerness to learn new technologies
A desktop or laptop for required testing, with a work computer potentially provided
