Inside Sales Manager for US will be responsible to manage assigned territory, with important focus on managing and grow existing accounts, define marketing campaigns and strategies for assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and implement prospecting tools
Qualify and pursue incoming leads
Follow up on active prospects
Manage and grow existing accounts
Work with Salesforce CRM
Request marketing campaigns and strategies for their assigned territory
Customer interface and day-to-day account/relationship management in designated territory
Track production and project timelines, communicating updates to the client as needed
Maintain a consistent and growing pipeline
Lead generation - including researching companies, verifying contacts, and identifying potential opportunities for sales team
Conduct outreach / cold calling to support new business efforts.
Track active prospects in pipeline, note updates, and manage follow-up timelines.
Analyze existing small or dormant accounts
Comfortable cross and upselling
Virtual and in person client facing meetings
Some evenings and travel required

Luxury Co-Working
Key Experiences
Experience with inside or outside sales
Hospitality/ Luxury background is preferred
Experience e in verbal and written communications, presentations, sales presentations and outreach.
Experiience in B2B, B2C and specified sales
Very proficient in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented individual
Understanding of sales goals and quarterly targetsOrganized, effective, problem solver who is self-motivated and team-oriented
Proficiency in Salesforce / CRM preferred
Degree in business, marketing or related field preferred but not required
