This role is ideal for someone who is naturally caring and client-oriented, while also taking ownership and responsibility seriously.

You will work directly with clients every day—by phone, email, and in person—handling important service requests, sensitive documents, and account-related tasks with care, accuracy, and professionalism.

You will not attend client meetings or provide financial advice. Instead, you will own the execution and follow-through of client service work so that clients are well supported and the advisory team is not pulled into day-to-day service issues.

Over time, this role is intended to grow into a Service Lead position, helping define service standards and eventually training and overseeing additional service staff as the firm grows.

What You Will Do

Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests via phone, email, and walk-ins

Process account withdrawals, distributions, and maintenance requests accurately and promptly

Prepare, pre-fill, collect, and notarize client documents

Own service requests end-to-end, ensuring issues are resolved completely and correctly

Maintain accurate records across CRM, custodial platforms, and planning systems as a natural result of service execution

Licensing This role requires certain FINRA and state licenses. Active licenses are preferred; otherwise, required licenses may be obtained through the firm within approximately six months of starting.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $42,000–$50,000 (depending on experience)

Quarterly discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance

10 days paid time off + 14 paid holidays
