Role Summary Owner of the full customer journey—from initial engagement through vehicle delivery—overseeing all sales and delivery operations within the West Palm Beach location. Responsibilities include sales execution, logistics, last‑mile delivery, field sales activities, and daily operations. The Manager will drive accountability for team productivity and performance across daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics. The role involves creating a high‑productive environment where customers have a meaningful experience, employees are motivated, and the business thrives.

Responsibilities
5+ years of experience in field sales; 2+ years in field leadership, preferably multi‑unit management.
Retail, sales, hospitality or similar fields highly preferred; experience in a direct‑to‑consumer business model and/or commission‑based sales organization a plus.
Strong understanding of the electric vehicle industry, including market dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory considerations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant working experience.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays; willingness to travel up to 75% based on business needs.
Extensive experience with P&L, POS and CRM software.
Expertise in human resources, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
Comfortable operating large, high‑performance vehicles and conducting demo drives with customers.
Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of residence you will be driving/operating a vehicle and possess an exceptional driving record. If your license isn’t in the appropriate state, you must be eligible to obtain one within the first 60 days of employment.
No drug or alcohol related driving incidents in the last 3 years; no more than 1 serious moving violation in the last 3 years; no driving related suspensions or revocation of Driver License within a 3‑5 year period. Will be subject to continuous MVR monitoring.
Ability to obtain and maintain local sales licenses if applicable in your state.

Physical exertion may be required: sitting up to 2+ hours, standing for up to 8+ hours, walking, bending, kneeling, lying, twisting, carrying, reaching, stretching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Frequent use of hands for grasping tools, entering data, writing communications, or calling customers/internal partners.
Ability to see, read and interpret documents such as governmental regulations, safety rules, instructions or schematics.

Pay Disclosure Base Salary Rate for Florida‑based Applicants: $78,200 – $97,700 plus sales commission per plan terms and conditions (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
