Regional Sales Manager – Safety Products

Summary

Drive regional sales growth for industrial safety products

Execute sales strategy while meeting revenue and profitability targets

Manage distributor relationships within assigned territory

Responsibilities

Achieve sales, EBIT, and market penetration goals

Grow and manage distributor and rep partner relationships

Develop new accounts, channels, and sales opportunities

Support proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams

Manage territory expenses and complete MBO objectives

Qualifications

Experience in regional or territory sales management

Background in industrial or safety-related products preferred

Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage budgets
