Do you enjoy talking to people and helping them solve real problems? We’re growing our team and looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative who’s comfortable on the phone and motivated by performance-based pay. You’ll speak directly with homeowners who have already reached out to us, qualify their situation, and move the right opportunities forward to our acquisitions team. If you want a clear process, strong support, and the ability to control your income, we’d love to talk. This is a full‑time, in‑person position based out of our Lafayette, LA office.

Responsibilities

Respond quickly to inbound seller leads

via phone, text, and email to qualify motivation, timeline, condition, and price expectations

Conduct structured intake calls

and accurately capture seller information in the CRM

Determine lead quality

and route qualified opportunities to the acquisitions team for offers

Follow up persistently with sellers

until they either move forward or clearly opt out

Maintain clean and accurate CRM records

so the sales team always has up‑to‑date information

Track daily and weekly activity metrics

(calls made, contacts reached, appointments set)

Meet or exceed performance targets

for contact rate, qualification rate, and appointments set

Provide feedback to leadership

on lead quality, objections, and market trends you’re hearing from sellers

Comfortable handling objections and difficult conversations

with distressed or emotional sellers

Qualifications Required

Able to work

full‑time, in person

at our Lafayette, LA office

Comfortable making and receiving a

high volume of phone calls

each day

Strong listening skills and ability to ask clear, thoughtful questions

Able to follow a

structured sales process and scripts

Organized and detail‑oriented with accurate note‑taking in a CRM

Coachable, dependable, and motivated by

performance-based pay

Comfortable handling objections and difficult conversations

Reliable transportation to and from the office

Preferred (Not Required)

Inside sales, call center, or phone-based sales experience

Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Real estate, mortgage, or home services experience

Compensation $54,000 – $65,000 per year
