The Role Pellizzi & Co. is hiring an

Account Coordinator

to support our client accounts and internal teams by keeping projects organized, communication clear, and work moving forward.

This role is foundational to how we operate. You’ll be close to the work, close to the clients, and embedded in the day-to-day rhythm of a fast-paced creative agency. If you’re highly organized, proactive, and want to learn how modern marketing actually gets built and delivered—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do Account & Client Support

Support Account Supervisor with client coordination

Assist with managing assigned account responsibilities to support smooth day-to-day execution

Assist with tracking and organizing account metrics and analytics to support clear, trackable client reporting

Help prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for client meetings

Ensure requests, feedback, and next steps are clearly documented and shared

Act as a reliable point of contact internally to keep accounts moving

Project Coordination

Track timelines, deliverables, and internal deadlines across active accounts

Coordinate handoffs between strategy, creative, media, and development teams

Flag risks, timing concerns, or missing inputs early—before they become problems

Help maintain clarity and momentum across multiple projects at once

Internal Organization

Keep project tools, documents, and communications organized and up to date

Assist with status updates and internal reporting

Support process improvements that help the team move faster and smarter

Team & Operations Support

Assist with onboarding logistics and internal documentation

Help maintain consistency across workflows and client communications

Support day-to-day operational needs as they relate to client work

What We’re Looking For

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities

Clear communicator—written and verbal

Proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented

Curious about marketing, branding, and creative work

Comfortable working in-office with a collaborative team

1-3 years of experience in client facing role or account management

Experience in an agency, marketing, communications, or coordination role is a plus—but not required.
