Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated
Sales & Business Development Professional
to join our team in the Triangle area of North Carolina. This role combines outside sales, relationship management, and strategic business development. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter who thrives on building connections, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship‑building.
Develop and manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with our internal team to provide tailored furniture solutions.
Conduct presentations, product demos, and client consultations.
Meet or exceed sales targets.
Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in commercial furniture, interiors, or related industries.
Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Self‑motivated, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required — we value experience, results, and ambition.
