Base pay range $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr

– Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour. Job Type: Part Time/Possibility for Full Time. Onboarding Bonus: $1,000.

Full Job Description
Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Use behavior‑analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plans.
Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
About GCT Golden Care Therapy is a dedicated, passionate team focused on delivering high‑quality ABA therapy. The admin team has first‑hand experience as ABA Therapists/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of the role and needs. Annual performance reviews provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.
Experience & Qualifications
Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
RBT Certification is Required
