Loyola Medicine Transport is based at Loyola University Medical Center and is part of a three-hospital system including Loyola University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, and MacNeal Hospital.

What You'll Do
Perform day-to-day Respiratory Care, including bronchial hygiene procedures, oxygen initiation and follow up, and care of the Emergency Room patients in need of Respiratory Services.
Set up and perform complex respiratory care procedures such as continuous artificial ventilation and administration of medications.
Record patient data to include ventilatory volumes, pressure/flows, and blood gas analysis.

What You’ll Need
Associate degree in respiratory care; bachelor's preferred.
CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Current IL state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential through NBRC.
CRT credential and IL state licensure within 6 months of hire.
