We are actively looking to hire talented licensed therapists
(LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
in Virginia, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.
We offer licensed therapists:
Sign‑on bonus
Annual cash bonus up to $8,000
Full‑time W‑2 positions
Strong work‑life balance
Flexible schedule, set your own hours
On‑site & hybrid positions, offering both in‑person & remote flexibility (minimum 3 days in‑office)
Collegial environment with a multidisciplinary team
Full administrative support, handles all billing & scheduling
100% malpractice insurance coverage

Annual income potential: $96,000 to $119,000+
Licensed therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking:
Therapists independently licensed and credentialed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
