Responsibilities
Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes.
Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Qualifications
Graduated from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
Maintain current BLS/CPR certification; required by state practice if employed at a skilled nursing center or assisted living facility.
