We are searching for a dedicated and caring Licensed Practical Nurse to join our exceptional team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of providing top-notch care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being with your expertise and compassion. You'll work alongside a dynamic and supportive team of LPNs, RNs, CNAs, Dietary Aides, Physical Therapists, and Activities Staff, reporting directly to our Nurse Managers and Director of Nursing. What You Will Do:
Administer Treatments & Care
Monitor Vital Signs
Maintain Documentation
Supervise & Support Staff
Serve as a Resource
Report Resident Care
Medication Management
Address Medication Concerns
Respond to Call Lights
Admit and Discharge Residents
What You Will Bring:
Active LPN license registered through the State of Wisconsin.
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
CPR certification required
Previous experience in Long Term Care and Skilled Rehabilitation is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Demonstrate reliability and accountability
A strong commitment to providing high-quality care
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to give and take instructions in a professional manner
Ability to provide guidance and support to othersA passion for resident care, empathy, and leadership skills
