We are searching for a dedicated and caring Licensed Practical Nurse to join our exceptional team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of providing top-notch care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being with your expertise and compassion. You'll work alongside a dynamic and supportive team of LPNs, RNs, CNAs, Dietary Aides, Physical Therapists, and Activities Staff, reporting directly to our Nurse Managers and Director of Nursing. This collaborative environment ensures you have all the support you need to succeed and grow in your career!

What You Will Do:

Administer Treatments & Care

Monitor Vital Signs

Maintain Documentation

Supervise & Support Staff

Serve as a Resource

Report Resident Care

Medication Management

Address Medication Concerns

Respond to Call Lights

Admit and Discharge Residents

What You Will Bring:

Active LPN license registered through the State of Wisconsin.

Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a related field

CPR certification required

Previous experience in Long Term Care and Skilled Rehabilitation is preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Demonstrate reliability and accountability

A strong commitment to providing high-quality care

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to give and take instructions in a professional manner

Ability to provide guidance and support to othersA passion for resident care, empathy, and leadership skills
