Child/Adolescent Therapist
IDS Health, Inc. is seeking full‑time Child and Adolescent therapists in downtown Asheville, NC, to provide outpatient therapy services in a fast‑paced clinical setting.
Responsibilities
Conduct intake assessments, diagnose, develop and adjust treatment plans, and monitor progress.
Provide crisis intervention and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Full, unrestricted North Carolina license and at least two years of postgraduate experience.
Doctorate preferred with three to five years of post‑doctoral experience; mid‑level providers with five or more years considered.
Strong knowledge of DSM‑ICD10, crisis assessment tools, and psychiatric principles.
Excellent communication skills and ability to pass background checks.
Benefits & Compensation Flexible schedule, competitive salary ($58,000–$85,000), health insurance, and paid time off. Must reside in NC and work in person.
