JOB PURPOSE OR MISSION: Administers advanced life support care to sick or injured persons in prehospital settings and during transport between campuses in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and hospital policies. Performs job duties appropriately for the age population served as defined in the department's scope of service.
Requirements
Experience Requirements 1 year experience as a paramedic
Educational Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Special Skill, License And Knowledge Requirements Nationally certified Paramedic, State of Louisiana Paramedic License Valid LA Class D Chauffer's license BLS-Basic Life Support Crises Prevention training (within 6 months of hire)
