Nurses work with patients from admission to discharge over 30-45 days of treatment.

Education & Experience

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.

Four (4) plus years of clinical nursing care work experience.

Four (4) plus years of progressive work and relevant industry experience, including one (1) plus year of charge‑nurse experience.

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

Work experience in substance abuse treatment industry is preferred.

Certified Addictions Registered Nurse (CARN) is preferred.

Compensation

Minimum starting pay: $43/hr.

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus / Relocation Assistance.

Shift Differentials

Night: Base pay + an additional $4.25/hr.

Weekend Night: Base pay + an additional $4.75/hr.

Job Summary

Provides support as needed to the Nursing Director in day-to-day supervision of the nursing staff.

Assists the Nursing Director in supervising nursing staff, orientation, training, quality monitoring, performance feedback, and mentoring.

Provides support for medical care, including case management and inpatient medical care treatment services.

Ensures proper treatment during emergencies and follows established policies and procedures.

Participates in facility performance improvement activities with emphasis on medical services and nursing care quality.

Assists with the security, control, and administration of drugs, medications, treatments, and tests as allowed by law.

Assists the Nursing Director in building nursing staff skills and competencies to meet minimum requirements and guidelines.
