Overview Under the supervision of the Manager of Respiratory Care Services and upon the physician’s request, the practitioner sets up and operates respiratory care equipment for diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease. The role includes in‑service education and participation in the quality assurance program, demonstrating practices aligned with Providence’s mission and values.
Responsibilities • Set up and operate respiratory equipment according to departmental policies. • Provide patient education and support as part of an interprofessional team. • Participate in in‑service teaching and quality assurance initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy (AMA accredited) or Bachelor’s Degree (AMA accredited)
Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association within 90 days of hire

Pay Pay Range: $33.33 – $51.73 per hour (base pay). Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, and bonuses.
