Surgical Services RN Manager
Position: 1.0 FTE Day Shift at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, Portland, OR.
Full‑time, day shift. Annual incentive program and paid leadership time off. $10,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible external candidates. Relocation available.

Job Summary Lead a dynamic surgical team of 143 staff, including 7 direct reports, across 27 operating rooms. Focus on patient care excellence, operational efficiency, and team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise 143 staff members, including 7 direct reports.
Oversee operations of 27 operating rooms.
Collaborate with departments to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Implement and maintain best practices in surgical procedures and patient safety.
Foster a positive, supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in BSN from an accredited nursing school.
Oregon Registered Nurse license upon hire.
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification upon hire.
Recent first‑line management experience.
At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
