Core Responsibilities Under the direction of the Director of Risk Management, the Clinical Program Manager is responsible for the development, coordination, and evaluation of an organization‑wide Patient Safety Program at St. Mary Medical Center. Key functions include:
Internal and external safety data and experience analysis and action planning.
Development and integration of key aspects of the hospital’s Patient Safety Plan.
Coordination of proactive performance improvement and educational activities related to patient safety.
Assessment and promotion of compliance with The Joint Commission National Patient Safety Goals and other evidence‑based patient safety initiatives.
Implementation of programs, policies, and education to maximize patient safety.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
5 years of clinical practice experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) upon hire.

Compensation The base pay range for this position is
$50.32 - $79.45
per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
