Patient Services Specialist - Scheduling for GI in NE Portland
Join us at The Oregon Clinic as a full‑time Patient Services Specialist. Work alongside a collaborative team of patient‑focused colleagues and physicians in our thriving Gastroenterology East Clinic in Northeast Portland. Each patient receives the highest value care tailored to their needs.

By providing patients and internal and external stakeholders with a consistent, efficient, and easy experience, you’ll help ensure that patients at The Oregon Clinic Gastroenterology East Clinics receive the highest value care tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
Scheduling appointments for new and established patients in an efficient and timely manner
Obtaining and completing insurance information
Answering phones
Providing coverage for our medical records and front desk teams
Updating records as needed
Other duties as assigned
Salary Hiring range, based on experience and credentials:
Level I: $19.59 - $26.51 per hour
Level II: $21.55 - $29.16 per hour
Workdays This position is primarily based at the GI‑NE Portland location at Gateway Medical Office Building. Typical hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Qualifications
Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and promptly
Experience obtaining and completing insurance information
Strong phone answering skills
Capability to support medical records and front desk teams
Attention to detail in updating records
Adaptability to other duties as assigned
