What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Implement HEOR strategy aligned with the Access Strategy Lead for various assets across their life cycle
Generate global‑impact payer‑relevant evidence, including patient‑reported outcomes and clinical outcomes assessment strategies
Deliver global materials to support Health Technology Assessment submissions, including Global Value Dossiers and economic models
Maintain strong working relationships with top‑10 countries, including the United States
Engage with vendors and external experts to validate HEOR strategy and technical approach
What is Required (Qualifications):
Doctorate degree and 2 years of health economics & outcomes research experience, or
Master's degree and 4 years of health economics & outcomes research experience, or
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of health economics & outcomes research experience, or
Associate’s degree and 10 years of health economics & outcomes research experience, or
High school diploma/GED and 12 years of health economics & outcomes research experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Degree educated in a relevant field
Health economics training (on the job or academic)
Experience in writing research protocols and publications
Experience in developing payer‑relevant evidence, including real‑world evidence
Strategic and technical understanding of HTA requirements
