PRN / As Needed, Monday-Friday
Compensation:
$30 per hour
Overview Select Physical Therapy’s outpatient center in Santa Rosa Beach, FL is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated team. You’ll work alongside two experienced clinicians, treating a diverse orthopedic caseload in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by the State Practice Act.
Implement high‑quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities with minimal supervision, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and Select Medical policies and procedures.
Maintain a positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance client relations with centers and their staff.
Qualifications
Active Florida PTA license required.
College graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Passed a national examination for PTAs and certified by CAPTE.
Valid State Physical Therapist Assistant license (or license in process).
CPR Certification.
Open to new graduates and experienced PTAs alike.
