As a Mental Health Therapist at Sagent Behavioral Health, formerly known as (Ellie Mental Health/ Nystrom & Associates), you will primarily focus on providing superior client care and improving the mental health of your local community. You’ll do this by drawing upon your training and experience to meet the client where they’re at.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
Provide high-quality individual therapy
Develop and implement effective treatment plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate and organized electronic health records
Requirements
Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
Licensed Mental Health Professional in North Dakota (LPC, LMFT)
Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.
Compensation We offer multiple pay options to meet your professional and financial goals!
Salary Licensed: $68,000 – 75,000
Commission Based Licensed: $66,000 – 124,000
Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
