Your Role
Be a compassionate leader and advocate for residents
Responsible for the planning, coordination, and assurance of quality care services to residents.
Collaborate with a stellar team of healthcare professionals
Work cooperatively with healthcare team members to maintain established standards of care.
Maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered
Encourage restorative care to obtain maximum resident independence
Any other job duties, as assigned by my management

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois
