Responsibilities
Telehealth Opportunities: HealthLinkNow, part of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS), is looking for a patient‑focused, experienced licensed telehealth therapist (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. We seek innovative clinicians committed to providing exceptional patient care from the convenience of your home.
This is a 100% remote, 1099 contract position, licensed in California.
Adult Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospital Program (PHP) remote group therapy Thursdays from 8:45 am to 2:15 pm Pacific Time; backup on Mondays and Fridays available.
The IOP program groups run from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Pacific, and the PHP group is from 12:30 pm to 1:20 pm Pacific.
From 8:45 am to 9:00 am is prep time. There are then three 50‑minute IOP groups that run consecutively with a 10‑minute break between each group. A 30‑minute lunch break occurs from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm. The final group is a PHP group from 12:30 pm to 1:20 pm. Remaining time is for documentation.
Provides backup for the other therapist on Mondays and Wednesdays, as needed, to cover absences.
Commit to 5.5 hours per week on a regular basis with flexibility to cover other days as needed.
Adult Intensive Outpatient Program deals with a variety of mental health issues; clients may join or leave the group over time.

Qualifications
Active clinical licensure in California.
Experience in group therapy is a plus.
Active clinical licensure in LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
Proficiency in using technology for patient management.
Preferred: Remote group therapy experience.
