Job Summary and Responsibilities
Supervises nursing staff assigned to a particular shift. Assigns patients to available nursing staff, taking into consideration the patient's condition and the employee's skill level.
Assess, monitor, and educate the nursing staff on patient care. Institute emergency procedures as necessary.
Anticipate staffing needs and move proactively to respond to them.
Oversee stocking of supplies and updating patient records to ensure that the nursing floor is ready for subsequent shifts.
Job Requirements Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree in Nursing (e.g., ADN).
Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.
Licensure:
Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Pay Range $50.39 - $76.21 /hour
