Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care services and health education for residents.
Supervise care provided by CNAs/STAAs and other team members.
Administer safe and accurate medication interventions.
Assess residents’ health and notify physicians of status changes; promptly implement new orders.
Select and implement appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize or prevent complications.
Contribute to resident assessments (MDS/CAA) and development of care plans.
Qualifications
1‑3 years of experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
Current LPN license in the state.
CPR certification.
