Case Manager
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Western Massachusetts (BBBSWM) is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to creating and supporting one-to-one mentoring relationships that empower youth. Since 1967, BBBSWM has been matching children and youth with caring adult volunteers across western Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee mentoring relationships
Conduct assessments of mentors, mentees, and families
Create individualized mentoring plans
Provide daily support to mentors, mentees, and families
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in case management or social work
Knowledge of child development and family dynamics
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Empathy and understanding towards youth and families
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field and/or relevant experience
