Monitor, examine and evaluate patients’ conditions; assist in care planning and implement interventions to promote patients’ short/long‑term outcomes and wellbeing. Collaborate with the care team and communicate patient plans, ensuring optimal daily patient flow and patient experience. Provide safe, effective care according to policies and procedures; maintain proper documentation of assessments, changes, education, and incidents. Advocate for patients and families, serving as an educational resource on health‑related issues and ensuring confidentiality. Engage in performance‑improvement initiatives, contribute ideas for quality outcomes, staff satisfaction, and financial performance. Maintain professional competence: keep licenses, certifications, training, and professional development current. Lead and mentor other nurses, fostering a positive and supportive environment and participating in shared‑governance activities. Assist with recruitment of nurses to the health system and perform other duties as assigned. Required Minimum Education
Associate’s Degree in Nursing, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, or Master’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Required Minimum License(s) And Certification(s)
Basic Life Support – Instructor (BLS‑I) or Basic Life Support (BLS) or American Red Cross BLS. RN‑COMPACT (Multi‑state Compact) or RN – Registered Nurse (Single State).
