Office Manager We are looking for a

Office Manager

to organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.

Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr – $55,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

Location: East Windsor, NJ (onsite)

Responsibilities

Handle queries via telephone, email, and general correspondence.

Schedule meetings, manage mail, and organize daily office operations such as inventory and expenses.

Assist in administrative tasks, including onboarding new employees and coordinating company events.

Maintain the office condition and health and safety protocols in the working area.

Requirements

High School diploma or higher; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.

Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Detail‑oriented with strong time‑management skills to meet deadlines.

Proactive and flexible team player.

Valid driver’s license.
