Overview This professional position provides quality assurance reviews of business processes and services within the office. The analyst interprets information, disseminates accurate findings to management, evaluates processes for compliance with procedures and applicable rules and statutes, and prepares reports of all findings. The analyst participates in calibration sessions, recommends business process improvements, and performs adjunct services related to the quality review process.

Responsibilities Conduct detailed quality assurance control reviews based on random samples from all office business processes, monitoring and recording findings by using approved rating formats and reporting processes.

Provide rating forms and feedback to management for coaching and employee performance evaluation purposes.

Act as a management consultant, assisting office leadership and stakeholders to improve operational procedures through research, statistical, trend and data analysis. Apply skilled decision‑making techniques to evaluate, plan, and integrate data analysis for formulating solutions, strategies and recommendations.

Design forms, tables, reports and prepare information for professional presentation. Research and disseminate topical or statistical reports.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and data query languages and software (SQL, Qlik, Crystal Reporting). Knowledge of basic quality assurance principles, data collection methods, and basic management principles. Ability to collect, evaluate and analyze data, develop alternative recommendations, solve problems, document workflows, and present findings in logical format. Strong written and oral communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling. Ability to work independently, plan, organize and coordinate work assignments, and maintain effective working relationships.

Qualifications Preference will be given to those who meet the following minimum requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of administrative experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, data entry and document preparation.

College education may substitute for the required experience on a year‑for‑year basis.

Preferred candidates should possess:

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Prioritization and organization skills.

Typing, proofreading, editing, and calendaring skills.
