Business Development Manager | Architecture and Design Industry
Based in your territory covering the territory for the firm, we are currently seeking a dynamic sales leader to join our client’s luxury brand. This individual will be a talented, creative and effective sales executive with experience driving sales and client relationships for a luxury brand. In this role, the Business Development Manager is responsible for driving client partnerships and sales in their territory. You will develop existing and new relationships with discerning architects, designers, and contractors to meet and exceed sales goals. The role allows you to provide a full range of services to discerning clientele with the support of a company built on the principle of integrity.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and contractors
Drive sales and client partnerships within the assigned territory
Meet and exceed sales goals while providing excellent client experience
Manage multiple projects and follow up on business development opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, design, architecture, or related field
5-8+ years of outside sales, business development, and/or sales management experience
Previous experience in interior design, architectural design/products, kitchen/bath/stone industry is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and manage clients
Track record of driving and developing long‑term client partnerships
Effective business development abilities with a strong focus on details and follow‑ups
Personal drive to meet and exceed goals
Proven ability to develop, cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
Excellent communication skills – written, oral, and presentations
Strong business acumen to represent the company’s brand
Compensation and Benefits
Annual Salary + Bonus Structure + Full Benefits Package
