IT Senior Reporting Analyst

Location: Lincoln, NE. Salary: $76,000.00–$90,000.00.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a business analyst working on data reporting applications, preferably in the healthcare domain.
7+ years of experience writing Business System and Process Change / Design Documents, including Business Requirements Documents, System Design, Training Documents, and Process Flow Charts.
5+ years of experience working with business clients and technical staff to drive the development of business and technical requirements.
7+ years of experience working independently developing and executing test scripts, test cases, data sets, and user procedures.
Proficiency in speaking and writing the English language.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to gather and provide information effectively.
Ability to work well within a team environment, collaborative and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Intermediate or higher level experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organization, planning, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills; capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Self‑starter and self‑motivated; quick to learn and apply new technology.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an agile project‑based environment; proficient with user stories, agile ceremonies, principles, and frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience (current within the last year) in an operational role at a Medicaid or Medicare agency or a Health Insurance company.
Experience with Cognos reporting.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft SharePoint, JIRA.
