Pastry Associate – Full Time

Location: Livonia, MI (opening early 2026; training at Bloomfield, Troy, Clinton Twp or St. Clair Shores)
Salary: $46,156.00–$72,128.00
Responsibilities
Observe all company policies, procedures, store rules, and standards of conduct.
Create pastries following company recipes.
Decorate cakes following company procedures.
Work all scheduled shifts, following attendance and punctuality guidelines.
Operate all necessary and authorized equipment according to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Know store layout to assist customers in locating products.
Understand and maintain quality standards, prices, varieties, preparation methods of products available in the department.
Handle damaged or spoiled product per company and department guidelines and help control damaged goods levels.
Comply with state, county, and local weights and measures laws and labeling requirements.
Notify management immediately of safety or equipment issues or violations.
Handle, stock, prepare, and display all necessary products properly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
Reliable transportation.
Willingness to work early mornings and weekends.
Ability to stand and/or walk for 8 or more hour periods.
