The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is possibly looking for a

Program Manager

to provide support for our government customer in Quantico, VA.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the activities of all personnel.

Review and delegate tasks to all personnel.

Provide monthly status reports.

Facilitate Government-Company communications, serving as the primary and technical managerial interface between the company and the government.

Serve as liaison between the Government and the Company office to identify and resolve any problems, questions, or issues of concern that may arise.

Prepare and provide written minutes of all meetings with the COR and/or KO for signature.

Develop a program management plan.

Maintain, refine, and revise the program collaboration site on the MCCLL SharePoint knowledge management portal Battleboard (BB) site, and to external locations when required.

Maintain a Document Library on the BB that preserves documentation history for the program, including overview documents; schedules, assignments, and POC lists; Training Exercise and Employment Plans (TEEP); summaries and agendas for all meetings attended; support for collaborative editing/versioning of program documentation, including annual lessons learned collection campaign documentation (proposals, plans, out briefs).

Provide a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for all program deliverables.

Required Education / Credentials

Master's Degree or higher, or successful completion of a resident Service War College in Professional Military Education.

PMP certification.

Required Skills & Experience

10 years of senior project management experience.

Prior experience conducting in-depth research, complete and definitive analysis, and thorough review and documentation of analytical findings, courses of action, and conclusions.

Experience in interagency operations, combat development or defense acquisition, and proven ability to think, analyze, and write clearly and concisely.

Capable of interacting with senior military officers and government civilians.

Required Citizenship & Clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an active Secret Clearance.
