Maintenance Technician – Apartment Community
Location: Sacramento, CA Pay: $22–$26 per hour DOE Schedule: Full-time
Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at our apartment community. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with work orders, unit turns, and general building maintenance, along with strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Complete daily work orders, repairs, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Perform unit turns, including basic repairs, painting, cleaning, and minor upgrades
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC (basic), and appliance issues
Maintain community grounds and common areas
Assist with emergency maintenance situations as needed
Follow safety standards and maintain documentation of completed work
Requirements
Previous maintenance experience in apartments, residential properties, or similar environment
Experience with maintenance turns and completing work orders
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
Valid CA Driver’s License required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
