The Continuous Improvement Analyst supports operational excellence across the Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) Commercial, Sales, and Marketing functions. This role focuses on identifying performance gaps, analyzing data, and executing Lean-based improvement initiatives. The analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes, enhance processes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Process Improvement & Analysis

Conduct root cause analysis and data-driven assessments to identify improvement opportunities.

Support Kaizen events, CI workshops, and Lean training sessions.

Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Work documentation.

Apply PDCA methodology to drive sustainable solutions.

Monitor and report on CI metrics and KPIs.

Project Support

Collaborate on CI projects, providing analytical insights and execution support.

Build dashboards and visualizations to track performance and highlight trends.

Document project outcomes and lessons learned for knowledge sharing.

Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Commercial, Sales, and Marketing teams to gather data and understand pain points.

Translate business challenges into actionable improvement plans.

Support alignment of CI efforts with strategic goals through Policy Deployment.

Act as a CI resource to functional teams, helping build internal capability.

Qualifications Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree required in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.

5-7 years of experience preferred in Continuous Improvement, Business Analysis, or Process Optimization.

Experience supporting Kaizen events and Lean initiatives preferred.

Certifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt a plus).

Data analytics or visualization certification (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake) preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.

Familiarity with Lean, PDCA, and CI methodologies.

Effective communicator with ability to present insights to stakeholders.

Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
