|Customer Process Coordinator
Responsible for achieving expertise in operational processes for assigned brands & systems. Accountable for coordinating with assigned contractors to complete transactional tasks serving as the primary contact for questions & support in delivering expected SLAs & customer experiences in accordance with each Brand Family’s expectations.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WHO YOU ARE Required Qualifications: 3 years of operational experience Ability to effectively collaborate with strong results orientation and a process improvement mindset Ability to achieve results with & through others Key Competencies: customer focus, agility, critical thinking and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Customer Service, Commercial, Logistics, Administration
Knowledge of SAP & SalesForce preferred Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $49,660.80 - $74,491.20. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
