Webster, NY . The Practice Manager will lead a passionate veterinary team, drive operational excellence, and create an outstanding client experience.

Role Description This full‑time, on‑site role will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a veterinary hospital, ensuring efficient workflows, excellent client service delivery, and compliance with hospital protocols. Daily responsibilities include team leadership, staff scheduling, financial and operational management, training and development of team members, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to quality care standards. The Practice Manager will foster a positive and collaborative working environment and support the hospital team in delivering an outstanding client and pet experience.

Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and support staff effectively.

Experience in operations management, scheduling, and coordination of day‑to‑day activities.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage financial performance, inventory, and hospital protocols.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and team members.

Knowledge of veterinary healthcare, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in relevant technology and software tools, including scheduling and record‑keeping systems.

Flexible and proactive problem‑solving abilities to address challenges efficiently.

Previous experience in a management or leadership role is highly desirable.
