Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, and execute communications strategies across internal and external platforms.
Manage the facility telephone switchboard system and assist with PBX operations as needed.
Collaborate with marketing, public relations, and health‑care teams to craft messaging.
Job Summary The Private Branch Exchange (PBX) Operator/Receptionist greets guests within the hospital lobby areas and manages the facility telephone switchboard system; this function falls within the communications support requirements of the role.

Previous experience with telephone switchboard systems.

Ability to interact effectively with diverse populations and to remain seated at the switchboard for long periods.
Supervision Supervision received: PBX Supervisor, NARC Manager, NARC Director. Supervision exercised: None.
