Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills (often bilingual/multilingual).

Physical stamina for walking, standing, and lifting heavy luggage (up to 75 lbs).

Proactive, positive, and approachable personality.

Knowledge of hotel operations and local area.

Previous experience as a bellhop/bell attendant is often required or preferred.
