We are looking for a highly organized and creative Product Development Manager to join the Penny Linn team. This role will primarily support our Product Development team in expanding our product offerings and streamlining vendor communications.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Technical Specs: Create vector artwork for needle minders and develop detailed tech packs for production.

Vendor Management: Source new vendors for upcoming projects (including Advent) and maintain communication with existing overseas partners.

Project Tracking: Maintain meticulous organization and systems tracking to manage multiple product timelines simultaneously.

Sourcing: Dedicate time to finding and vetting new manufacturing partners to support company growth.

Requirements & Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator for vector artwork and Photoshop).

Strong technical drawing skills for creating tech specs.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience in vendor sourcing and project management.

Work Hours

Flexible / Night Schedule: This role requires working nights (and weekends as needed) to effectively communicate with overseas vendors during their core business hours.
