Sr Business Program Manager - T&S Asset Management

Primary Purpose Develop, manage, and evaluate key projects, programs, and initiatives from planning through post‑implementation. Create business plans, project charters, and performance metrics to support business objectives. Coordinate quality assurance, change management, and reporting activities.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of projects, programs, and business initiatives; provide requirements analysis, performance measurement, and quality assurance; manage scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate and report on process, project, and initiative assignments; develop performance indicators and tracking mechanisms.
Coordinate work plans for corrective actions identified through performance assessments.
Support establishment of business plans and objectives across multiple areas; coordinate with stakeholders on business cases and prioritization.
Lead change management activities and develop and implement training for new processes and procedures.
Participate in process‑improvement task forces; provide benchmarking analysis.
Provide day‑to‑day client support and conduct diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.
Job Scope Individual contributor position working independently with general direction.
Must have experience with O&M and capital budgeting, and be familiar with AS8, CASCADDE, and WPT.
Direct or indirect reports: none.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or a STEM field with 4‑7 years of related experience; or 6‑9 years related experience without a bachelor’s degree.
Comprehensive understanding of applicable standards, methods, and performance metrics in the relevant functional area.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and specialized business applications.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, negotiation, and conflict‑management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; customer‑driven.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Master’s degree in business or a STEM field.
Experience with O&M and capital budgeting, familiar with AS8, CASCADDE, and WPT.
Certification as CAPM, PMP, or Six Sigma Black Belt.
Strong analytical skills for project evaluation and business‑case development.
