Territory Manager – Bronx, NY or White Plains, NY Radius Health, Inc. is a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming patient lives through bone health and related therapeutic areas. We are expanding our high‑performing Sales Force and invite candidates who live in either the Bronx or White Plains, NY to apply for this single Territory Manager position.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive outstanding sales performance that ensures sales forecasts are met or exceeded.

Effectively use assigned budgets to meet therapeutic and territory expectations, tailoring discussions to customer needs in a compliant and ethical manner.

Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of local market, practice structures, business models, and key influencers.

Share market intelligence with relevant Radius stakeholders (e.g., Sales and Commercial Leaders) and collaborate with customers to identify business opportunities.

Provide input into resource allocation decisions, selecting appropriate programs and resources for each customer, practice, or system.

Use analytical tools to evaluate the business, support sales objectives, and allocate resources such as educational programs and samples ethically.

Work with leadership to develop a local business plan that achieves all KPI goals and delivers on sales objectives, capitalizing on formulary approvals and other strategic opportunities.

Coordinate selling efforts with other Radius Health personnel around common objectives.

Maintain accurate administrative records, including work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, sample tracking, and expense reporting.

Qualifications

Strong self‑motivation, initiative, and decision‑making judgment; excellent teamwork and collaboration across functions.

At least 5 years of sales experience in orthopedics, injectable pharmaceuticals, biologics, buy‑and‑bill, or medical device (preferred).

Experience calling on hospitals, endocrinologists, and rheumatologists preferred.

Experience working in a science or healthcare environment, building customer relationships.

Knowledge of account‑based selling, osteoporosis, biologic, and injectable markets is a significant plus.

Knowledge of specialty pharmacies, distribution hubs, and managed care providers.

Ability to build a business plan based on customer needs, resources, and products.

Analytical skills to assess progress, diagnose performance issues, and identify opportunities.

Strong communication skills, able to convey technical information clearly and adaptively.

Bachelor’s degree (any major) from an accredited institution, valid driver’s license, and safe driving record; overnight travel may be required.

Work Environment The role is based in a remote office with occasional in‑person office work and frequent in‑person customer interactions. Air, vehicle, and overnight travel are frequently required. Employees are expected to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, talking, using hands for typing, handling papers, and occasionally lifting up to 10 lbs. The work requires frequent use of audio‑visual programs for meetings and discussions with employees, vendors, outside agencies, and customers.

Compensation Competitive salary range: $135,000 – $150,000 plus incentive, with a willingness to discuss a higher range based on experience and location.
