The Custodian is responsible for safely performing janitorial duties as assigned by management. Quality service is expected at all times. The role requires willingness to learn all job aspects.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contract(s).
Must understand oral and/or written instructions.
Must interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, and staff members.
Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, as appropriate.
Physical Requirements May travel to and from various locations throughout the year and in various weather conditions. Most work will take place indoors. May work with cleaning chemicals. Must follow the Emergency Operations Work Assignment per customer requirements. Schedules are subject to change and may require early morning, mid-morning, afternoon, evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
While performing duties, the team member will regularly bend, crouch, walk, climb stairs and ladders, reach above the head, sit (to drive), and lift up to 40 pounds; occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Compensation Hourly rate of pay is $17.95.
