Your tasks

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the assigned region

Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives

Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, present solutions, and negotiate contracts

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services

Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients

Analyze sales data and market insights to forecast trends and inform business strategies

Mentor and support junior team members to foster a high‑performance sales culture

Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand network

Travel 50% within the assigned region to meet with clients and prospects

Geography consists of TX, NM, OK, AR, LA and MS

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

5+ years HVAC sales experience

5+ years experience in residential, commercial, and ductless products and applications

5+ years experience working with distributors and managing key accounts

6+ years related sales experience and leadership in support of manufacturers reps

Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% throughout the assigned region

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Strong organizational and detail‑oriented skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience in account management within the relevant industry

In‑depth knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape

Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships

Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with the ability to work independently

Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools

Track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of accounts
