Directs All Floral Associates
Pyramid Foods Team Objective Pyramid Foods believes in supporting our local communities and is dedicated to providing our customers and employees quality food and service at the best prices! In this friendly, flexible team environment, you will play an important role in helping us to provide outstanding service in a clean and friendly atmosphere. We are looking for a creative individual to lead in designing floral arrangements. Your role as a leader in the store will be to empower associates and solve problems through critical thinking. Additional requirements are to provide quality floral products to customers that are custom designed.
Daily Operations
Providing exceptional service to all clientele
Design skills are required
Scheduling and training team members properly and thoroughly to ensure exceptional service, answering all their questions while encouraging them
Providing a clean, attractive, and inviting atmosphere for customers
Following merchandising plans, controlling inventory and shrink, maximizing sales, and ordering for the floral department
Establish a cleaning program for the display cases
Completing all necessary reports, inventories, and attaining sales, labor, and gross profit projections
Company Standards
Ensuring all safety, sanitation, and security policies, compliance of governmental weights, measures, laws and health department regulations
Developing knowledge of and maintaining training in Floral
Maintaining clear communication with other departments
Complying with all company policies including following dress code and wearing name tag
Basic Functions And Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products. Must have dexterous use of both hands. Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use. Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes. This is medium work requiring good, corrected vision, hearing, lifting, carrying, stooping, kneeling, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, and the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
