Sanitation
Wage $24.75/hour
Shift 2nd
Hours 1:00pm - 11:00pm

Sanitation Responsibilities
Maintain proper sanitation of slicing and packaging equipment
Ensure everything in contact with food product is sanitized properly
Take apart equipment
Scrub using cloth, brush, and pressure washer on all production equipment and utensils used in packaging and slicing process
Sanitize using cloth, brush, and pressure wash walls, flooring and doors in all departments
Clean, sweep, and mop floors in office, lockers, and lunch area
Remove garbage from office, lockers, bathrooms, and lunch area
Determine chemicals used to clean depending on the area to be cleaned
Requirements for Sanitation
Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl for up to 9 hours
Ability to use hands/arms to reach, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls for up to 9 hours
Ability to work in multiple areas of the plant and work in a cool environment (50-55 degrees)
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
