Driver – Part-Time (Class B License Required)
Location: Ivy Park at Seal Beach, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group.
Pay Range: $19.50–$21.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
Operate community vehicles safely on outings, excursions, special activities, and personal resident appointments.
Assist with safe loading and unloading of residents and belongings.
Follow all state and federal laws when operating community vehicles.
Maintain proper vehicle inspection and driving standards.
Act as a member of the activity staff during outings and excursions.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co‑workers and other departments.
Qualifications
At least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Class B or Class C driver’s license with passenger endorsement.
Preferable 2+ years experience driving a vehicle/van/bus transporting people.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must pass criminal background check and health screening (physical and TB tests).
Open to required vaccination, daily screening, and PPE usage as per guidelines.
