Job Summary Part of the Entrance Screening Division, the Security Supervisor 1 is responsible for supervising a team of security officers and guest services attendants who conduct entrance screening at designated locations. The Supervisor ensures that security screening procedures are effectively implemented, coordinates staff schedules, provides training and guidance, and handles escalated security issues. This role requires strong leadership, a thorough understanding of security screening technology and procedures, and the ability to handle high‑pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
Employment Details
Full‑time position
Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 am–7:30 pm; 4‑hour shift during the week; rotating holiday required.

Qualifications
Education Requirements
High School Diploma – or GED – or relevant experience may be considered.
Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
Experience
Relevant experience.
Certification and Licensure
Valid PA Driver's License
IAHSS Basic Level (CHSO) – must be obtained within 6 months of hire
IAHSS Advanced Level (CAHSO) – within 12 months
IAHSS Supervisor Level (CHSS) – within 18 months
FEMA IS‑100.C, IS‑906, IS‑907, IS‑200.C
BLS Certification
